Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Support students across Key Stages (KS3, KS4, KS5) 1-2-1 and in small groups running interventions, academic booster session and revision sessions
• Support students in your chosen subject specialism (any subjects like English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Languages)
• Support students with mild to moderate SEN i.e. Autism, Speech and Language, SEMH etc
• Full classroom support alongside qualified class teachers and exceptional leaders

• A graduate, 1st Class or 2:1
• Strong A Levels and GCSEs across the board – especially in your chosen subject specialism
• An evident passion for inspiring young people – this must come across during interview
• A general understanding of potential routes into teaching – but you don’t need to know everything
• Resilience, Can-Do Attitude & Positive Demeanour – Teaching and Teaching Assistant roles are tough, but rewarding

Experience like tutoring, mentoring, summer camps or childcare

• Paid teacher training
• Outstanding leadership and development opportunities
• Paid weekly, daily rates between £105 – £120 per day (Term Time Only)
• Potential to progress to a permanent contract and salaried teacher training
