Pink Tile Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Bognor Regis to recruit a Graduate Teacher of Science for a September start. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about Science and eager to inspire young people. Job Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement
  • Build positive relationships with students and contribute to their academic and personal development
  • Foster curiosity, scientific thinking, practical investigation skills, and engagement within Science
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community
  • Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English Language and Mathematics
  • A-Level grades with a combined minimum of BCC, including at least a Grade B in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline)
  • A 2:2 degree or above in Science or a closely related subject
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or similar setting is desirable
