Job Description

This role requires that you aid project teams in developing innovative sustainability solutions which reflect optimal environmental outcomes for projects whilst balancing client objectives. You will be responsible for managing credits for IGBC/LEED/GRIHA/WELL project and delivering on commitments to the highest standard. You will also work on corporate sustainability services. Apart from modelling also can interpret and apply results from energy and environmental performance analysis: Conceptual Energy Modeling; Daylight Analysis; Renewable Energy Systems and Lifecycle Analysis (LCA). Energy Analysis software: EnergyPlus, eQuest, IES. Daylight and Artificial Analysis software: Grasshopper Plugins-Ladybug and honeybee, Dialux etc. Detailed knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering+ Masters in Sustainability
  • Knowledge of sustainability, building science, integrated design, and 3rd party certification processes
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage documentation and information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in team environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino and/or related software
