Job Responsibility:
Use company-provided software such as 12d, CAD and Microsoft Office for surveying calculations, plan drawing and report preparation
Carry out field surveys (topographical, set-out, as-builts, monitoring, levelling and cadastral)
Utilise Landonline for processing Cadastral Surveys
Ensure compliance of consent conditions through surveys and site inspections
Foster good relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or Urban Design
Experience in subdivision design using 12d model software
Knowledge of the RMA and how it applies to land development
Competency in 12D and/or AutoCAD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with drone surveys and 3D laser scanning
A good sense of humour and a willingness to pitch in with the team
