Job Responsibility

  • Work across an exciting mix of small-scale subdivisions from inception to completion
  • Contribute to large-scale developments such as Flagstaff Dunedin and Bush Road in Mosgiel
  • Get hands-on experience in high-precision construction set-out for major infrastructure such as the new hospital
  • Participate in cutting-edge drone and 3D scanning initiatives
  • Conduct detailed topographical surveys including the Dunedin Airport

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in land surveying
  • Experience on land development projects
  • Familiarity with 12d Model and CAD software
  • Understanding of NZ codes and standards
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience, though we’re open to less for the right person
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
