DAC Beachcroft has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice within our Corporate, Banking, Insolvency and Tax team. This is a 30 month full-time contract based in our Bristol office, with a start date in September. Forming an integral part of an established team of over 40 fee earners, the main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent standard of support to the team across the practice areas in Bristol and London. Joining DAC Beachcroft as a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice offers a structured path to becoming a fully qualified solicitor, with comprehensive support through the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE1 and SQE2). You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience, enhancing your skills in legal research, client interaction, document preparation and case management. Throughout the programme you will have a dedicated study day each week with BPP University. All course and exam fees are covered and you'll earn a competitive salary while you learn. Job Responsibility
Providing a first class client-facing service, liaising positively with clients and their support staff over the phone, email and in person, and building relationships as appropriate
Accurate and timely preparation of correspondence, agreements and other documents
Amending documents, proof reading and creating comparisons to highlight changes
Preparing draft engagement letters
Opening and closing files
Liaising with overseas counsel
Requirements
A qualifying Law degree at a 2:1 or above
A minimum of BBB at A Level or equivalent
At least five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
