Job Description

A high-growth Cambridge technology company is looking for an exceptional Graduate Software Engineer to join one of the strongest engineering teams in the UK. This is not a typical graduate role. You'll be joining a highly selective team where intellectual curiosity, technical excellence, and ambition are valued above all else. From day one, you'll work alongside some of the brightest engineers in the industry, tackling difficult problems and contributing to products that have a genuine impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of meaningful projects from day one

  • Collaborate directly with senior engineers and technical leaders on core product decisions

Requirements

  • Outstanding Computer Science fundamentals and strong Object-Oriented Programming skills
  • A 2:1 or above from Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, or another leading university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline
  • Exceptional academic achievement, including excellent A-Level results
  • Evidence of technical excellence through internships, research, hackathons, competitions, open-source work, or ambitious personal projects
  • Genuine curiosity, ambition, and the desire to become a world-class software engineer
  • A growth mindset and the drive to thrive in a high-performance environment surrounded by equally ambitious peers
