Job Responsibility:

Use consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads to book appointments
Conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships
Use consultative sales skills to convince warm leads to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier
Provide clients with customised solutions that allow them to save costs, be part of the green energy transition, and maximise the benefits of our solar energy system
Build up and grow your own customer base

Requirements:

A recent graduate with a degree in any field
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and confidently
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Passionate about sustainability and excited to be part of the renewable energy revolution
Eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
No previous sales experience required, but a keen interest in building a career in sales is essential
