We're expanding our team and looking for a driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to help us deliver exceptional talent solutions and build strong partnerships with leading STEM organisations across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the full 360 recruitment process, combining delivery excellence with proactive business development. You'll receive full training and support while managing the recruitment lifecycle and developing strong client relationships. Job Responsibility:

Learn and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and high-quality placements
Proactively identify and engage new clients to expand our footprint in the Irish market
Build and grow existing accounts through strategic conversations and networking
Drive face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support client hiring strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and develop business opportunities
Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience
Ambition, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven role
Familiarity with Irish market and/or STEM sectors
Knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter
