Job Responsibility:
Assist with cost planning, estimating, and tender preparation
Support the procurement process and evaluation of contractor bids
Assist in contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
Help with valuations, variations, and financial reporting
Attend site visits and project meetings
Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across all stages of the project
Requirements:
A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Some placement or internship experience within a consultancy is desirable
Strong communication and numerical skills
Eagerness to learn and progress professionally
Interest in working towards MRICS chartership
