An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Leeds. This role offers hands-on experience and excellent support towards achieving RICS chartership, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in quantity surveying.

Job Responsibility:

Cost planning
Tender analysis
Contract administration
Client liaison
Pre- and post-contract work
Project lifecycle management

Requirements:

A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Alternatively, be on an apprenticeship pathway working towards a recognised qualification
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
A genuine interest in the construction and property sector
