Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking boutique consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their buzzing Birmingham team. This is a standout opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor eager to fast-track their career. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a rich and varied project mix – from healthcare and industrial sheds to office, retail, and mixed-use schemes – all while being mentored by senior experts.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering full pre and post contract services
Gaining exposure to Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited (BSc or MSc)
A bright, driven and ambitious individual
Valid UK driving license is beneficial
Placement year, internship or work experience is highly beneficial but not essential

Nice to have:
