Job Description:

An award-winning and forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy are seeking a driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Southampton office. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a supportive and progressive consultancy environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support on a variety of projects acting in a Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Contract Administration capacity
  • Involved in both pre and post contract duties

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or related construction degree)
  • Previous work experience/internship with a consultancy (preferred)
  • Passion for the built environment and keen to complete APC
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
