Job Responsibility
Support the commercial delivery of projects across both pre- and post-contract stages
Assist with cost planning, tender analysis, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting
Develop a strong understanding of project delivery
Attend client and project meetings
Assist with contract administration duties
Contribute to maintaining project budgets and programme objectives
Requirements
Recently completed a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
Strong communication skills
Commercial awareness
A genuine interest in the built environment
Motivated

Eager to progress towards MRICS chartership
