Job Description:

A well-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Barnstaple, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their skills across a range of sectors including residential, education, and industrial projects.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in preparing cost plans, tenders, and contract documents
Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts
Attend site visits and meetings with clients and contractors
Gain experience in contract administration and procurement
Work across multiple sectors and project stages
Maintain accurate records and support project reporting

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
Strong communication and organisational skills
Keen to progress towards MRICS chartership
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
Full UK driving licence preferred
