Job Responsibility

  • Assist in compiling tender information and reviewing tender documentation
  • Keep a close eye on tender bids and help the team in following up on submissions
  • Support the team in the production of fee documents
  • Collaborate with the team in writing, formatting, and reviewing reports
  • Help manage site visits and assist in the invoicing process

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
