For the next-gen of designers, editors, and creators. If disruptive video, design, and storytelling are your strengths, this program is for you. We’re seeking professionals who don’t just follow trends - they challenge, hack and redefine them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and adapt visual and video assets for Digital Marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
  • Pitch and prototype new creative formats based on insights from social platforms
  • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery of visuals, copy, subtitles, and more
  • Build quick-turnaround visual variants for creative testing (thumbnails, end screens, different layouts and narratives)
  • Design impactful video assets and static visuals - from key visuals to thumbnails
  • Help organize and maintain high-efficiency asset libraries across Figma, LucidLink, and Cloudinary

Requirements:

  • 1 years of professional experience (internships or freelance work included) in graphic design, video editing, or content creation
  • Spanish and Bilingual English level (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong skills with: Adobe Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, generative AI
  • Bonus points if you have experience with After Effects, CapCut or advanced prompting
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field

  • Prepare thorough work papers and financial statements consistent with the department standards for quarterly reporting and annual, year-end audit reporting within the given deadlines
