SITA Rome is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Skystar Graduate Program as Graduate Product Management support within our Airports business unit, initially for a 12-month period with the potential for a permanent role. In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for product management of SITA’s Airport Management Systems. From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects that support airports, ground handlers and airlines globally. You’ll gain firsthand experience in developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting mission-critical IT solutions. This entry-level opportunity offers a chance to dive into a variety of technical product management activities within our fast-paced global community.
Job Responsibility:
Support the product manager of airport IT solutions, including marketing researches, delivery optimization, innovation opportunities
Work directly with customers to understand and capture technical and business requirements
Define guidelines for optimizing customer processes through specific algorithms, from planning to execution
Support regular product management activities as requirement database creation, sharing and maintenance
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1 level)
Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline
Knowledge of IT fundamentals including databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL)
Knowledge of Cloud services (e.g. Azure cloud, Databricks)
Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs or web services
Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Possibility to travel if needed
Nice to have:
Experience or coursework in aviation, software development, or system integration
