As a Graduate PMO Analyst, you’ll gain hands‑on experience at the heart of a complex organisational change initiative- the kind that shapes how services such as housing, community support, and local operations are designed and delivered. Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
  • Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
  • Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
  • Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
  • Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
  • Ability to be on site 5 days a week
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
  • Awareness of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Passion for driving transformation and continuous improvement

Nice to have:
