To support the ASTI Business Unit and Project Planner in the successful delivery of projects for blue-chip clients through effective programme management techniques and support to the Project Management Organisation (PMO).
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Project Planner in the production and maintenance of tender and delivery programmes
Update programmes at the required frequency and provide PMO with realistic and accurate forecast programmes
Support PMO with the development, control, monitoring, analysis, and reporting on schedule-related aspects for designated projects within a portfolio
Monitor a cost- and resource-loaded, logic-linked baseline plan for the project in accordance with Programme Office processes
Interface with other departments regarding project activities which may have an impact and ensure these are correctly captured.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders (internal and external)
Commercially focused self-starter with enthusiasm, motivation, and initiative
Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation
Awareness of Planning Methodologies / Software
High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills
Excellent MS Office skills, proficient in preparing reports and information using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong awareness of the level of interaction required with the project team to support successful project delivery
Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills for working in a team environment
Attention to detail with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
