Job Description:

Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant role in a 'Good' graded secondary mainstream school in Lambeth, London. The school is inclusive, mixed, multi-ethnic for 11-18-year-olds with a diverse curriculum. The role involves supporting students with various challenges including home life, behaviour issues, attendance, mental health and well-being.

Job Responsibility:

Support students who are struggling with the demands of secondary school
Support students with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
Facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students who are struggling
Work with small groups and 1-2-1 on specific tasks

Requirements:

graduate
career aspirations in Psychology, Therapy, Counselling or similar
