Job Description:

Graduate / Surveyor Commercial Agent for Industrial Leasing in East London Essex Kent. Opportunity to join a respected regional consultancy with a dominant presence across eastern London and the Home Counties, specializing in industrial and office property. The team manages around 10m sq ft of live instructions and has delivered 5.5m sq ft of take up over the last three years. The role offers exposure across the wider eastern London and Home Counties market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting leasing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Assisting with occupier engagement and negotiations
  • Supporting drafting of Heads of Terms
  • Working closely with Lease Advisory colleagues
  • Acting for landlords developers and logistics operators
  • Supporting development led leasing instructions
  • Assisting with marketing materials and reporting
  • Building client relationships over time
  • Contributing to fee generation within a structured team environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Surveyor level commercial property professional
  • Property related degree preferred at Graduate level
  • Strong interest in industrial leasing and agency
  • Leasing focused rather than investment
  • Commercially minded and motivated to build a transactional career
  • Comfortable operating within a collaborative team environment
  • Committed to completing APC (fully supported by the business)
  • Based in or willing to be based within the region covered
  • Full driving licence required
