This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Operations team. As a Graduate Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions within our dynamic financial environment. You will gain deep exposure to diverse financial products, end-to-end operational processes, and our client-centric model, helping you develop a foundational understanding of the financial services industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform essential operational tasks with high quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to investigation and resolution of operational breaks and discrepancies
  • Support timely completion of reconciliations and reporting
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and external counterparties
  • Assist in identifying process and system enhancements
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to front office and trading desks
  • Maintain accurate records and support trade lifecycle activities
  • Adhere to risk and control frameworks
  • Proactively identify and escalate control issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
