Job Description:

This innovative program provides exceptional support of newly licensed Registered Nurses. Through in-depth experiences on three different specialty units at St. Luke's Medical Center; the program provides choices to assist you in determining an area to start your career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in a cohort with support and collaboration
  • Staff with a preceptor for 3 weeks on 3 Specialty Med/Surg units
  • Determine and choose which unit best fits their career goal

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
