Job Description:

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will support students during their academic careers within a fantastic Secondary School in Hounslow. You will become a key member of the school, working alongside experienced staff and supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Responsibilities include assisting students across KS3-KS5, supporting those with SEND needs, and running interventions. The role is full-time, starting September 2025.

Job Responsibility:

assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
working alongside the class teacher and SLT to support identified students
holding 1:1 and group interventions with students
supporting SEND students (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc)

Requirements:

1ST or 2:1 in Psychology or a related course from a reputable University
have a passion for supporting young people through education
have previous experience working with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, Visual and Hearing impairments etc)
previous experience working with young people (Tutoring, Mentoring etc)
