  • Help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and guided through the process
  • Maintain a high standard of empathy and professionalism in sensitive matters
  • Build foundational knowledge in probate and estate administration
  • Learn how legal work translates into scalable systems and processes
  • Contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency over time
  • Develop into a specialist estate planning & administration lawyer through Safewill Legal's career pathways

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear written communication and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable handling administrative and repetitive tasks with care and accuracy
  • Desire to specialise in Estate Planning & Administration

Nice to have

  • Exposure to wills & estates (internships, electives, or prior roles)
  • Experience in admin-heavy environments (legal or otherwise)
  • Interest in how legal services can be delivered through technology and systems
