We are partnering with a fast-growing, financial services business in Sydney that is looking for a sharp, energetic Operations Associate. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in professional admin, retail banking, or operations who brings a great attitude and wants to learn how a finance business actually runs.

Job Responsibility

  • Loan Origination: Guide applications from submission to credit review, proactively fixing any gaps
  • Settlements & Payments: Work with panel solicitors to manage quick settlements and ensure daily payment flows are accurate
  • Compliance: Keep a sharp eye on crucial documents like ID verification and title records
  • Process Improvement: Take the initiative on projects involving workflow mapping and tech automation as the business scales

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Banking, or Business is great, but your attitude and hunger to learn matter most
