Your team and working environment: Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is 5 star Luxury Hotel with 262 Luxury Rooms & Suites Including 1 Royal Suite, 6 Opera Suites, 21 Prestige Suites, 32 Club Millesime Rooms, 202 Luxury Rooms, 5 Restaurant & 4 Bars, 1 Grand Ballroom, 2 Meeting Rooms, Beach Club, Kids Club and the first Thalassa Spa in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC).

Job Responsibility

  • Creation and implementation of Social Media Calendar for all hotel profiles
  • Selection and approval of influencers’ collaborations together with the Marketing team
  • Organization, coordination and execution of all material for photoshoots & video shoots
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Design and content development of brochures, advertisements, newsletters, flyers, advertising materials and other marketing materials. Knowledge of Adobe Package is required
  • Responsible for ensuring that all visual elements, including graphics, designs, and marketing materials, adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect our unique brand identity
  • Execution of email Marketing campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Fresh University Graduate from a Hotel / Marketing school
  • Copywriting skills
  • Good sense of aesthetic
  • Passion for hospitality, going above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests
  • Experience dealing with influencers and able to prepare an influencer strategy
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Absolute comfort with Social Media channels, including paid ads
  • Customer oriented and able to properly interact with our customers on any public channel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English & Arabic language, able to write flawlessly
  • Familiar with Adobe Package
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them
  • Ability to work independently, but also function as a team player, in order to meet internal deadlines
  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, able to prioritize appropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude
