Job Description

Aptiv’s IT Graduate Program is a rotational program to develop future IT leaders within our organization. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months and in different areas of IT. This Program provides participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the IT organization. Led by an IT Executive Team who is committed to developing our next generation of leaders. You will have a unique opportunity for accelerated career growth and following successful completion of this Program, you will have an opportunity to continue your Aptiv journey with increased responsibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months and in different areas of IT
  • Gain experience into all functions across the IT organization, including: Business Relationship Management
  • IT Project Delivery
  • IT Operations

Requirements

  • Degree qualified or final year student in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing
  • Practical experience in IT would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal
