As a Graduate IT Implementation Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that support SITA’s Airport Management Systems for Airports. You will collaborate with global teams and customers to configure, integrate, and support innovative solutions in airport operations. This role will allow you to build expertise in IT systems and project delivery while contributing to the transformation of air travel. Job Responsibility
Work with customers to provide consultancy services and advice to resolve key business issues within field of expertise
Activities include capturing and prioritizing of customer needs and business requirements, re-design of business processes, building customer capabilities to achieve operational efficiencies in cost reduction and/or service improvement
Configure the SITA software according to business needs and technical requirements
Manage the infrastructure implementation of SITA Solutions related to Airport Operations
Work with cross-functional teams to design extensions to the existing applications
Provide consultancy on maintenance and support of applications developed
Draft technical documentation that supports the products as defined in the requirements
Using the technical specification, create unit test plan, cases, scripts and documentation and perform actual testing relating to the technical testing
Requirements
Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics or a related field
Understanding of IT concepts, including experience or knowledge in: Network basic knowledge LAN/WAN
Databases (e.g., MS SQL)
Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux is a plus)
Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, web services)
Authentication (MS AD, Entra ID, etc)
Message transport (Rabbit, MSMQ)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
