Graduation assignment focused on improving the understanding of loads acting on offshore high‑voltage cable carousels. These carousels store and transport thousands of tonnes of subsea cable, and their safe and efficient operation depends on accurately assessing the loads on the inner core, outer wall, floor structure, and friction interfaces between cable layers.
