Job Responsibility:

  • Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
  • Preparing quotations of HVAC plant (Domestic and Industrial) for building services projects
  • Designing full mechanical systems for the Domestic and Industrial sectors for building services projects
  • Log and follow up on project through our CRM system
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our customer base
  • Provide support to the external sales team
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering is essential
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is essential
  • The ability to work within a team and on own initiative
  • Must be extremely customer focused
  • The ability to perform within a busy office environment
