Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate, Human Resources to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee records, managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a positive employee experience while supporting reporting, systems administration, and HR initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing, updating, archiving employee documentation
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders i.e. payroll, compliance, H&S
  • Handling day-to-day HR inquiries, ensuring positive employee experience
  • Delivering pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding programs
  • Managing internal and external reporting
  • Administrating HR systems
  • Coordinating Health & Safety agenda in cooperation with external provider
  • Coordinating Occupational Medicine examination/referrals
  • Collaborating closely with HR partners – Payroll, benefits providers, Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in other HR projects
  • Implementing and administrating HR policies and procedures, while ensuring Polish labour law and local regulations

Requirements

  • Degree educated, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong time management skills with a results-oriented attitude
  • Good working knowledge of Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
