Job Responsibility:
Assist nursery teams in upholding EYFS standards
Get to know children, families and staff team
Assist in managing team and organise training/meetings
Supervise and appraise team
Uphold safeguarding, health and safety standards
Support people and culture strategy and recruitment processes
Challenge behaviours or practices against vision and values
Embrace and implement vision, values and brand promises
Ensure records are properly maintained and archived
