Job Description:

A prestigious, multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Graduate Fire Engineer to join their dynamic Fire Engineering team. The role involves contributing to innovative projects including commercial schemes, transport infrastructure and residential developments, working towards chartership with the Institution of Fire Engineers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing fire strategies
  • Conducting fire risk assessments
  • Using performance-based design tools such as CFD modelling and egress analysis software
  • Supporting preparation of technical reports
  • Coordinating with internal disciplines and external stakeholders
  • Taking part in accredited graduate development programme

Requirements:

  • A BEng or MEng degree in Fire Engineering or Architectural Engineering (other Engineering disciplines may be considered)
  • A demonstrable interest in fire safety and the built environment (essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to professional development
