Job Description:

Finance Graduate / Bookkeeper role in a growing IT services and cyber security company where you'll gain hands-on experience, further qualifications, and the chance to shape smarter finance processes

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and send high-frequency invoices
Reconcile customer payments in Xero
Manage direct debits, debtors, and credit control activity
Process and reconcile supplier invoices
Support VAT returns in collaboration with external accountants
Track and manage contract renewals
Ensure accuracy of data across CRM and finance systems
Assist with month-end reporting and support finance process improvements
Help identify opportunities for automation and integration

Requirements:

AAT Level 3 qualified (minimum) - with ambition to complete Level 4
Experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional finance
Logical, analytical, and able to think outside the box to improve processes
Confident with Xero and Excel
Positive, proactive, and collaborative
