Job Description:

Riverina Oils' is seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our operations, contributing to the development and optimisation of our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development in engineering, production management and project management.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with the design, implementation and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment
Conducting performance assessments, troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Analysing data, generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
Providing technical support and advice to our onsite teams
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices
Assisting and managing the delivery of projects that deliver production efficiencies across the site

Requirements:

A recently completed degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
1-4 years experience in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
A keen interest in process improvement and a passion for innovation
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and machinery
