Job Description:

Riverina Oils' is seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our operations, contributing to the development and optimisation of our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development in engineering, production management and project management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with the design, implementation and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Conducting performance assessments, troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analysing data, generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Providing technical support and advice to our onsite teams
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices
  • Assisting and managing the delivery of projects that deliver production efficiencies across the site

Requirements:

  • A recently completed degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
  • 1-4 years experience in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
  • A keen interest in process improvement and a passion for innovation
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and machinery
