Job Description

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Supply Chain to support procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply planning activities across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-growing EV technology company.

Job Responsibility

  • Support purchase order creation and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery schedules
  • Track procurement status and follow up on material availability
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across warehouses
  • Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
  • Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, and shipment tracking
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Assist in resolving logistics and supply-related issues
  • Support demand forecasting and material planning activities
  • Analyze inventory consumption and replenishment requirements
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Support implementation of operational best practices and process enhancements

Requirements

  • BE/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines
  • 0–1 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Operations

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts and inventory management
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Internship experience in manufacturing, operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an advantage
