Our Engineering Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in a dynamic fintech environment. Whether you're interested in back-end, infrastructure or security engineering we have a range of opportunities that will allow you to put your skills to the test and make a real impact. The program begins in September 2026 and includes two rotations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of Europe’s leading fintechs, collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry, and deepen your understanding of Mollie’s business and how to thrive in a fast-paces work environment - all designed to give you the best possible start to your career! In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in tech and soft skill training while being paired with a mentor and a buddy to support you through your learning journey.
