Job Description:

Join Grayce as a Graduate Digital Analyst via the Graduate Development Programme. We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership and build meaningful relationships while delivering excellence. You'll embark on a journey of continuous learning, gaining industry-accredited qualifications, whilst getting hands-on experience, working full time on site directly with prestigious FTSE100, 250, and 500 organisations. You will typically work for one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure.

Job Responsibility:

Investigating and analysing business needs
Identifying improvement opportunities
Defining requirements
Ensuring solutions align with business objectives
Transforming complex data into actionable insights
Creating dynamic visualisations
Driving business decisions
Developing automated reports and dashboards

Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 or above in any degree subject
Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
Ability to work on site 5 days a week
2:1 Undergraduate Degree in a STEM field
Data Tools: Previous experience with tools such as Excel, R, SQL or Python are an essential for this role
Analytical Problem Solving
Soft Skills: effective communication styles, planning, organisation, learning development mindset, stakeholder and time management

Nice to have:

An additional MSc in data analysis and science
Experience with visualisation programmes such as Tableau or Power BI
