A two-year graduate development programme for technically minded people looking to start a career in the built environment. Offers on-the-job training working with technical mentors on projects, with extensive CPD opportunities. Involves working on a variety of projects including commercial developments, residential schemes, theatres, museums, education buildings, and masterplans globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Getting involved in the design of real-world projects
  • Performing calculations and design work using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, IES-VE
  • Collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and other disciplines
  • Attending design meetings
  • Going on site visits to review installations and witness tests
  • Ensuring designs meet safety regulations, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability goals
