Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Architecture Graduate to join our prestigious team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist senior design managers in coordinating multi-disciplinary design inputs across architecture, engineering, and specialist disciplines
  • Support in developing and maintaining project design programmes and deliverables schedules
  • Help facilitate project meetings, record actions, and follow up with teams to ensure progress
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design strategies
  • Assist in tracking design risks, design changes, and project scope
  • Learn and apply industry-standard design management tools and techniques
  • Participate in design reviews, workshops, and project reporting.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in project design coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and delivery processes
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Aconex, or BIM 360 is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
  • A genuine interest in sustainable design and making a positive impact through engineering.
