Job Description:

Graduate Consultant role for recent graduates from a numerate discipline. Join a team specialising in delivering complex, technology-based projects largely into the UK Public Sector. Work covers architecture development, cyber security, programme and project management, data engineering/analytics and AI. Gain exposure to a wide variety of technical and business challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Working as part of an Actica team on consultancy assignments covering technologies
Engaging with business stakeholders to ensure technology-enabled change is delivered efficiently, effectively and securely
Cyber Security
Various types of technical and Enterprise architecture development
Operational Research
Strategy Development
AI, Analytics and Data

Requirements:

A good degree in a STEM subject
Further study at Masters and/or PhD level a bonus
Understanding of the use of technology in business and Public Sector contexts
Must be eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
Excellent problem-solving skills
General interest in technology
Motivated and willing to learn
Ability to work with others or independently
Quick thinker, resilient, proactive and self-motivated
Ability to apply structured approaches to unfamiliar subject matter

Nice to have:

Ability to present and justify conclusions to project teams and stakeholders
Willingness to take on new and unfamiliar subject matter
Ability to build and nurture durable working relations with stakeholders
Proven abilities in communicating and delivering to stakeholders
Prior work experience gained in a technical and/or consulting environment
