Job Description:

Join Grayce's Accelerated Development Programme to launch your career. You'll gain hands-on experience with FTSE 100 and 250 clients, work full time on site, and transition to working directly for the client after your Grayce tenure. The programme focuses on continuous learning, industry qualifications, and developing core consultancy skills.

Job Responsibility:

Investigating and analysing business needs
Identifying improvement opportunities
Defining requirements
Ensuring solutions align with business objectives
Supporting planning, execution and monitoring of projects
Task delegation
Resource management
Risk mitigation
Stakeholder communication
Process improvement
Establishing and maintaining project management standards
Ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control
Overseeing governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management
Defining product vision
Creating roadmaps
Prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals

Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject
Ability to work on site 5 days a week
Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
Analytical problem solving
Soft skills: effective communication, planning, organisation, learning development mindset, stakeholder and time management
