Job Description:

Join Grayce via the Grayce Graduate Development Programme. We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership and build meaningful relationships while delivering excellence. You'll embark on a journey of continuous learning, gaining industry-accredited qualifications, whilst getting hands-on experience, working full time on site directly with prestigious FTSE100, 250, and 500 organisations. You will work with one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure, before transitioning to working directly for them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives (Business Analyst)
  • Supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget, assisting in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement (Project Manager)
  • Establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control while minimising risks, overseeing governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management (Project Management Officer)
  • Orchestrating the development, launch and ongoing success of a product, defining the product vision, creating roadmaps and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals (Product Manager)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Soft skills: effective communication, planning, organisation, learning development mindset, stakeholder and time management
