Job Description

We are hiring 2 Conference Producers to join our growing Consumer Portfolio. The Conference Producer will play a central role in shaping and delivering Kisaco Research’s fast-growing events within our Consumer Portfolio; Enterprise Dental Connect, and/or Beauty Connect. These are high energy, executive-level conferences bringing together CEOs, operators, investors, and brands driving the future of the beauty and personal care world.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events
  • Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas
  • Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaign
  • Identify and recruit high-profile speakers and moderators
  • Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels, implement effective promotion strategies and to ensure that the correct market segments are reached
  • Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign
  • Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing
  • Build identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build-up to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn
  • Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage onsite delivery of the event being sure to gain feedback from all those attending
