A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a professional compliance team in Chelmsford in a full-time capacity. Ideal for someone with 6 months of office experience and a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing an understanding of FCA regulation and its application to UK business
  • observing upcoming regulatory changes
  • assisting with changes to company marketing and promotional material in line with company legislation and FCA regulations
  • assisting with the annual review of company policies and procedures
  • being the main point of contact for the wider team
  • attending team meetings
  • assisting with assigning mandatory compliance training to internal staff
  • assisting with the administration of business complaints handling process
  • gaining a good understanding of the FCA's complaint handling rules
  • assisting with creating monthly reports
  • updating company databases
  • developing a strong understanding of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime

Requirements:

  • 6 months office based experience
  • Maths and English GCSE - A-C and 2 A-levels or BTEC equivalent
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work individually and as part of a team
