Job Responsibility
Explore new commercial opportunities through research, market insight and data analysis
Support projects that generate income through advertising, commercial partnerships, retail, events, filming and photography across the TfWM estate
Help develop marketing materials and commercial proposals that showcase our opportunities to potential partners
Build relationships with colleagues and external organisations across a range of sectors
Support project planning, reporting and performance monitoring
Contribute ideas that improve the way we work and help deliver better value for money
Gain practical experience in financial processes, commercial administration and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
A minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree (or equivalent Level 6 qualification), ideally in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline, gained within the last five years
Experience working as part of a team through university, volunteering, internships or part-time work
Strong communication and organisational skills with the confidence to build positive relationships
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
The ability to manage your time, work independently and adapt to changing priorities
A genuine interest in commercial development and how public sector organisations create value for communities
A commitment to completing the WMCA Graduate Development Programme
