Our client is a global leader in the Aviation Industry, operating in over 100 countries. This role offers clear progression opportunities, international travel, and full training. Responsibilities include managing a warm portfolio of clients, building client relationships, preparing competitive quotes, supporting contract preparation, and assisting Finance in resolving billing issues.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a warm portfolio of clients
  • Build strong relationships by introducing services and products
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships for both adhoc needs and long-term contracts
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services and products
  • Prepare and send competitive quotes promptly
  • Support the preparation of contracts, long-term agreements, and detailed proposals
  • Assist Finance in expediting overdue payments and resolving billing issues.

Requirements

  • A passion for aviation/logistics/procurement and/or a drive to work in sales
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
