Job Responsibility:
PMO (Project Management Assistance)
Functional Design: preparing and animating workshops, modelling processes in the tool
Defining and executing change management activities (communication, trainings)
Accompanying client users during the solution roll-out
Producing high-quality deliverables under supervision
Requirements:
A starter or young professional freshly graduated from a master’s degree, preferably in business management, business engineering or technology/Computer Science, looking for a full-time job
Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch, and English
You are open to travel, and prove an ability to adapt to changes related to the function of consultant (diverse assignments, travels, workplaces, etc.)
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in digital transformations (ERP knowledge is a plus)
Team player, able to work independently
Hands-on, result-oriented, can-do mentality
Strong analytical capabilities with effective interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
French would be beneficial as well but not essential
ERP knowledge is a plus
